On Monday April 14th at our Board of Fire Commissioner's meeting, we recognized and swore in two exceptional leaders within the Barnard Fire District. It is with great pride that we officially promoted Captain Charlie Cappon and Captain Sean McKenna to the rank of Battalion Chief.
