Three of our employees have been sworn in for the year. Patricia Morris has been sworn in for her 20th year as our Secretary/Treasurer. Dean Smith was sworn in as our Community Risk Reduction Specialist, his 22nd year with the Barnard Fire District. David Williams was sworn in for his second term as a District Commissioner.
