Barnard is proud to annouce our new Engine 224 is ready to protect our district and surrounding communities. This new engine was manufactured by Spartan Emergency Response and carries 750 gallons of water and has a pumping capacity of 2,000 gallons per minute. We say THANK YOU, as we appreciate the tremendous support of our District Fire Commissioners and our residents, for providing us the apparatus to respond to our 4,000 alarms each year. We look forward to many years of service from Engine 224.
