2009 Barnard Carnival

The Barnard Fire Department has been at a turning point in our history with talks of cancelling the Carnival due to low community turnout, and the high expense cost and low return on our investment. After careful consideration, listening to our residents and faithful customers it has been decided that the Barnard Carnival will be a reality for 2009. (June 24, 25, 26 and 27 – Parade on Thursday June 25th)

Firemans Parade

Barnard Fireman’s Parade will begin at 7pm Wednesday June 23, 2010
Kid`s parade will be held on Saturday the 26th at 1:00 pm "Please note by Popular Demand the Parade has been moved Back to its original Wednesday Night
